How to Register on the Support Portal

This support portal has its own separate login, which is different from the one you use for the members area.

To view your support tickets, you will need to register first. To do this, please go to and then click on the "Register" link in the center of the page.

After you have registered, you will then be able to login to view the status of your tickets.

If you ever forget your password for the support portal, you can use the Reset Password link on the login page.
